A complete transformation of a 1970s Cape Cod beach house into a modern coastal retreat. We opened the floor plan, raised the ceilings, added a new screened porch, and installed weather-resistant materials throughout. The shiplap walls and wide-plank pine floors give it authentic Cape character with zero maintenance worries.
